Most trainers just watch you exercise, count reps, and turn your workout into a social hour. Going through the motions will not get the results!  During our workouts the only dialog is my instruction and your feedback. 

I don't use gimmick workout techniques popularized by mainstream media.  My techniques focus on proper posture and biomechanics, and emphasize natural movement.  Drawing from 25 years of experience I will select the exercise modality best suited to quickly and safely bring about the desired changes in your body.
